Tom Fährmann (Hans Sigl), an underground human rights activist and experienced escape helper, is tasked with finding Sofia Moreno (Hana Sophia Lopes), an informant who disappeared in Lisbon, and bringing her to a safe house on the Portuguese coast after a failed Interpol operation. However, when Fährmann realizes that Sofia’s eight-year-old son Noa (Santiago André) is in the hands of a hacker organization, against which Sofia, a programmer, was fighting with her filter program against fake news, his mission turns into a rescue operation where Fährmann can no longer trust anyone.
